How do refunds work?

• On the website: Following the return process as explained here, you will receive your refund within 14 days after receipt at our warehouse.
  
• In-store: You have 15 days from the purchase date to request an exchange, store credit, or refund at the Maison Labiche Vieille du Temple (105 rue Vieille du Temple 75003 Paris), Vieux Colombier (18 rue du Vieux Colombier 75006 Paris) and ou Maison Labiche Batignolles (71 place du docteur Félix Lobligeois) à l’exception des articles achetés dans le cadre de la braderie digitale.

Store credits are valid for 6 months.
