What should I do if an item purchased in a store doesn't fit?

You've received your order, but the product doesn't meet your expectations? You can return your products within 15* days after receiving your package. Whenever possible, we kindly ask the Customer to return the products in their original packaging, properly opened, labeled, and in perfect condition

The Client may request an exchange (only instores) or refund in Maison Labiche’s stores Vieille du Temple (located at 105 rue Vieille du Temple 75003 Paris) and/or Vieux Colombier (located at 18 rue du Vieux Colombier 75006 Paris), except for items purchased as part of the digital archive sale. In this case, the refund will be made upon presentation of the order confirmation email for orders made on the Site.

Only items purchased in the Archives de Batignolles store (71 place du docteur Félix Lobligeois, 75017 Paris) are not eligible for reimbursement. You can make an exchange or request a credit only in this store.

Credits are valid for 6 months. However, those generated in the Archives store are only available there. Those from the Vieille du Temple and Vieux Colombier stores can be used in both.
