What are is the delivery timeframe ?

The delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date.

From France:

• Colissimo delivery with signature within 3 to 4 days once the order is dispatched (mainland France and Corsica excluding overseas departments and territories): €8 including tax. If you are absent, your package will be delivered to the post office indicated on the delivery notice left in your mailbox.

         Free delivery in France for purchases over €200.

• Delivery by Chronopost Express within 24 business hours: €15 including tax. If you are absent, your package will be delivered to the pickup location indicated on the delivery notice left in your mailbox. Free delivery in France for purchases over €250.

• Click & Collect Standard and Express: Free at our 3 retail locations.

1. Standard: The ordered items are not in the store. Your order will be available within 3 to 5 business days in the store.
2. Express: The ordered items are available in the store. Your order will be available 4 hours after placing the order. You will be notified by email and/or SMS of its availability in the chosen store.
