If you notice an error in the entry of your delivery address, send us an email at help@maisonlabiche.com. If your order has not yet been prepared by our logistics center, we can cancel it, allowing you to place a new order with the correct information. If your order has already been shipped, the package will be delivered to the indicated address and then returned to the sender if it is not delivered to the recipient. Once the package is received at our logistics center, we will proceed with the refund. For personalized orders that are returned to us, no refund will be issued. We will proceed with a new shipment.
