Is it possible to cancel an order?

Once your order is confirmed and paid, you cannot cancel it. You will need to send a request to the following address: [e-mail].

We will contact our warehouse to check if it is still possible to cancel it. If it is, we will proceed with the cancellation and refund. If not, the order will be shipped to you. Upon receiving your package, if you wish, you can return your item by making a return request here. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to make your return.

For personalized orders, if it is no longer possible to cancel at our warehouse, no exchange, return, or refund will be accepted.
